STP Mills and Co is a virtual call center that specializes in providing high quality customer service, sales, technical, and chat support for Fortune 500 Companies. We are a leading company that provides work at home positions to highly dedicated and disciplined customer support specialist.
First, your acccount is created on the platform. Fill out a form with basic info. Validate your mobile and email contact info. After completing registration you’ll have access to dozens of brands looking for customer support services – these are called Client Opportunities.
When you pick a Client Opportunity, you’re enrolling in a certification course that will prepare you to support the client you select. Certification Courses are online learning experiences that prepare you for success in servicing the client you choose. Before you can enroll in a course you must pass a series of assessments, including a background check. Courses can be as short as two days or as long as five weeks, depending on the complexity of the client opportunity you’re interested in. There is a cost involved – each course costs between $9 - $99. Upon successful completion of the certification course, a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity is issued. This is a contract, typically 90 days in length, that outlines the expectations for supporting that client.
When using the platform, you are your own boss. You are not an employee of STP Mills & Co, Arise or of the client(s) you service. You provide customer support services from the comfort of your home – creating your own schedule and having the freedom and flexibility to spend more time with your family, work outside of your home – or whatever makes you happy.

START EARNING IN 2 – 5 WEEKS
How soon you start working and earning money depends on how quickly you register, and what Client Opportunity you select. Once you’ve registered and set-up your platform account, your next step is to enroll in a client certification course. Certification courses may take as little as three weeks or as long as five weeks to complete depending on the client selected. Most opportunities provide an “earn while you learn” element of certification to take calls, and earn revenue, during the certification period. After registering, download and read the Opportunity Announcement (a brochure with all the details) for the clients you are most interested in for details. You’ll find important information about servicing hours, revenue, certification length and servicing expectations in the Opportunity Announcements.
Sadly, there are many scams out there. STP Mills & Co is partnered with a legitimate work-from-home platform. In addition, STP Mills and Co has hired over one hundred contractors working from home and has been providing contractor services since 2012. STP Mills & Co is a Better Business Bureau accredited business we operate with intergrity and excellence.
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you!
We have team members making between $200 – $2000 bi-weekly!
We have a low flat service fee of $89.95 per invoice. We pay our contractors on the 1st and 15th of the month. STP Mills & Co has to cover business costs including Partner fee’s, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fee’s and more. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!
You are an Independent Contractor, responsible for your own taxes. STP Mills & Co does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more.
Furthermore you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime or benefits as Independent Contractors.
I would advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.
Top companies are outsourcing their call volume through STP Mills and Company. We then outsources to customer service professionals that are working from home and connect them to the clients in need of services. You certify for the company you choose to provide your services to, and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly into your phone line! You answer the phone as if you are in a call center! It’s a pretty cool concept. It gives people that can’t work outside the home or need flexibility an opportunity to be in business for themselves and make a living!
Yes, absolutely. We do not recommend taking 2 certification courses at the same time though. Each class is a commitment of 4 hours class time a day and 2-3 hours homework. Not to mention you are taking in a lot of information and it is easy to get overwhelmed with two classes. My advice would be to finish one class, service the client for at least the first SOW period so that you feel proficient enough to handle the client and then take on a second client.
*** If you are under a certification SOW and decide to end your SOW early, that is considered dropping a certification course and you will be required to wait 30 days before enrolling in another certification course. I highly advise enrolling in another course before you drop your current SOW.
